As a child, I experienced the ravages of an unhealthy, sugar-filled diet. I was hyperactive, anxious, sick often and missed a lot of school. My energy levels were erratic and I could not focus.

I believe my food choices set me up for drug addiction and other mental health challenges.

I am one of the very fortunate people who recovered from drug addiction and alcoholism.

I am even more blessed to have had the chance to recover from the addictive eating patterns I had developed as a child.

LIVE ZOOM SESSIONS - Sessions average 90 minutes

  • Wednesdays at 5:00pm PT
  • Saturdays at 8:00am PT

Please clear 2 hours in your schedule for each session to be fully present. We have much ground to cover. I want to have enough time for Q&A and to give everything I have. All sessions are recorded and replays are available within a few hours. There is never a worry if you need to miss a session. Just catch the replay and remember all course materials are available to you for one year.

Meet Your Guides 


Founder of Recovery 2.0


Tommy Rosen is a yoga teacher and addiction recovery expert who has spent the last two decades immersed in recovery and wellness. He holds advanced certifications of continuous recovery from drug addiction.

Tommy is the founder of the Recovery 2.0 Global Community, the Recovery 2.0 Online Conference series and the Recovery 2.0 Group Coaching Program. He leads yoga retreats and workshops internationally and presents regularly at conerences and festivals.


Naturapathic Doctor


Dr. Nick grew up in the small town of Osoyoos B.C. and completed his undergraduate degree in Biology at Okanagan University College, now known as UBC Okanagan. He went on to attend Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine, graduating in 2007 as a licensed Doctor of Naturopathic medicine.

Following graduation, his desire to deepen his understanding of other healing modalities took him to South East Asia and India with his now wife and business partner Dr. Sonya Jensen.
